What is included with when I sign up?

A fully hosted website featuring the design that you chose from our template library and hands-on support from our team. You are also provided with an email marketing account for sending updates to your customers and subscribers, with pricing separate from your monthly or annual subscription. Please refer to our pricing page for more details on the basic vs. premium subscription packages and their individual features.

How long will it take to get my site up and running?

After you’ve signed up for an account and completed your payment, our team will get to work on setting up your website. Within 48-72 hours, your new website will be ready for you to dive in. At this time you can begin making updates and inputting your text and photos. When you’ve finished populating content, you’re ready to go live!

I already own a custom domain name, can I use it?

When you sign up, we provide you with a temporary domain. Once you have your new site all setup and ready to go live, you’ll have the option to connect your own domain in a few short steps with your domain registrar.

​Does my website come with a custom domain name?

We don’t provide custom domain names, but you can acquire one easily at 1&1 Domains, our recommended provider.

​Can I use my own website hosting?

Made for Food Trucks is a fully hosted solution, so additional website hosting is not needed.

​Does my website include email to match my own domain name?

No, we do not provide email hosting. You will need to use a third-party email hosting service. We recommend Rackspace Email & Apps or Google Apps for email hosting for creating addresses that match your domain name.

How much does email marketing cost and what is included?

Pricing for email campaign delivery is not included in your subscription and is based upon the number of email subscribers that you have on your email subscriber list. Our pricing is for unlimited campaigns sent to your subscribers each month and includes support from our team to help along the way:

$30 per month for 0 - 500 Subscribers
$60 per month for 501 - 2,500 Subscribers
$100 per month for 2,501 - 5,000 Subscribers

If you anticipate having more than 5,000 subscribers on your email list, just give us a shout and we can discuss volume pricing. If you only intend to communicate with your list less than five (5) times a month, let us know and we can customize a plan that works for you.

​Can I change the design or template?

Once you've selected your food truck website design template you can change the look and feel of your specific template using the customization tools provided.

​How often am I able to change my website?

As much as you’d like. The world is your oyster!

Do I need to be a web designer, web developer, or know how to write code to update my site?

Nope. That’s what we’re here for. We’ve made it that simple. You’ll have access to the dashboard of your site in an easy-to-use content management system where updating things like copy, photos, and events are simple and straight-forward. We also have our Help Center available with how-to’s and guides to help as you go.

​Do you help me set up my website?

If you love our service, but simply don’t have time to populate the content you have already created yourself, please reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can help.

​I have more than 1 food truck, do I need more than 1 subscription?

Each Made for Food Trucks website is meant for one truck. But if you have a fleet, we can work with you to make setting them all up easy and affordable. Contact Us to discuss multiple-truck solutions.

​How much does this cost and what is the difference between basic and premium?

Refer to our pricing page for a full breakdown of the basic and premium subscriptions and what features each package level includes.

​Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime by contacting our team. We will cancel your account on the next billing cycle. We currently do not offer refunds on any pre-paid subscriptions.

Will my website look okay on my phone or tablet?

Absolutely! Our food truck website templates are fully responsive so they look amazing on any device such as your phone or tablet.

​How can I analyze the traffic to my website?

Your website comes ready for Google analytics tracking. You will need a free account with Google analytics in order to view and track your website traffic.

How will I rank in search engines and how will you help me with this?

We made sure that your website has been built using industry best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Your website’s dashboard comes equipped with basic tools for managing your SEO content such as page titles and descriptions.

​Do you offer additional marketing and copywriting services?

We can help with creating content, blog posts, and email campaigns for you. Our writing services are geared towards building a following and boosting SEO. Send us a request and we can discuss packages.

Do you offer custom design services?
